If you have received a shipping confirmation email, you can check the status of your order below. The email will tell you which company the package was shipped with. We use Fedex Ground, Fedex Express and UPS. Simply enter your tracking number below in the shipping company's box to track your package.
TRUCK SHIPMENTS
Due to the large size of windsurf boards and some sails, masts and booms, they must be shipped by Common Carrier (Truck). It is always least expensive to ship via truck to a business address or terminal. $99.95 minimum charge per 100 weight.
To ship to your home address, we have to get an actual quote from the shipping company, for all online orders please request home delivery when you place your order, we will then get a quote and contact with rate for final approval. We can often combine 2 boards or rig parts with a board shipment for the same minimum charge.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING DAMAGE
99% of all shipments arrive undamaged in perfect condition. Occasionally, and especially with truck shipments, the shipment will be damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to inspect your shipment for damage before accepting it from the freight company. Please be available to inspect your freight when it arrives. Do not leave this responsibility to some unconcerned 3rd party. If a box looks dented, torn or crushed, please take the item out of the box in front of the trucker and inspect it for damage before accepting it. If the item is damaged beyond repair, you should refuse the shipment. If the item is damaged only cosmetically or could be easily repaired, you should accept the freight, but clearly describe the damage on the freight bill when you sign for it. Contact us to start the claim process. All boxes and packaging material must be saved for inspection a freight claim to be processed.
