You have up to 30 days from the invoice date or shipment date to return merchandise. All items must be unused, resealable, & must include original packaging. Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell. If you plan to return your clothing, please keep it clean. Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any item bought on sale is not returnable under any circumstance.

You may recieve a refund, replacement, or online store credit. If we shipped you an item that was wrong or damaged, we will gladly issue a call tag or refund your prepaid return shippping charge. Otherwise all returns must be returned prepaid. We suggest that you return your merchandise via UPS or FEDEX so that it can be tracked. Please do not send via US Postal Service.

If you want a return a product call 1-800-877-7025 and we will issue you a RA number and give you further instructions. Thank You.
