08 ROME DETAIL SNOWBOARD
After coming up in the progressive, jib-heavy scene of Quebec, Marie-France Roy is at the forefront of a group of women riders who stomp legit tricks on urban handrails and ledges. It is this riding that informed the evolution in board design at Rome two years ago. With true-twin shaping and a buttery flex profile, we’ve dialed the Detail to the technical jib riding of Marie-France, and the army of young riders like her sliding rails and boxes in parks throughout the world.
What the Detail thinks is shradical: jib contests; riding switch; afternoons in the park; ledges; handrails; funboxes
